PlayOn backs its Boxers

If you don't love the first pair we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied.  

We are happy to change sizes or try to fix any issue you may have. However if still unsatisfied in any way we will refund the cost of your first pair (excluding postage) and you get to keep that pair - that's right love them, or the FIRST PAIR IS FREE.  

For multiple purchases PlayOn will only refund one opened box – any others must be returned to us unopened to receive a refund. Please contact us at care@playon.london for your refund.
