We back our product as the best pants you will ever wear. If you are not completely satisfied with our product in the first 30 days after purchase just let us know by emailing care@playon.london - you can keep them, and we will refund the cost of the first pair (excluding postage costs). YES - A FREE PAIR OF PANTS.  This offer only applies to one opened product, and all others must be unopened to receive a refund.

What Size?

If you are in between sizes please order the larger size. If the pants don’t fit for any reason, we’ll exchange them free of charge. This only applies to one opened product, and all others must be unopened.  Check out the size guide on the product page for more details

Shipping

Royal Mail Second Class is how your pants will be arrive. After ordering, the product is dispatched the next working day from our warehouse. There are shipping upgrade options available.

Can I buy multiple sizes and colours and still get the discount?

Yes you can mix and match colours and sizes and our checkout will apply the volume discount.

Why are they environmentally friendly?

Bamboo is a sustainable material, it grows quicker than cotton and uses far less water.  It is organically farmed and provides jobs for farmers. Our bamboo is certified for sustainability, and our manufacturing has BSCI accreditation because we want our factory workers treated fairly. We have multiple factory inspections each year from the BSCI.

How to wash them

Bamboo is a natural material and needs a little care. Wash on a cool (30℃ degree wash) and do not tumble dry.

If you have any product issues, just let us know – we offer a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. You’ll need to keep the products that are faulty as we will need to check the issue with the factory.

Warranty

If you have any issue at all with the pants within 12 months of purchase, we will replace any faulty products. Please contact us directly about the issue with pictures and we may even ask you to send us the product so we can go back to our factory and investigate.
